I've been to various dentists over the years to deal with serious issues that I have, and never have I ever met such a wonderful human being in all of my 60 years. Dr. Plieva was professional, thorough, and took his time (3 hours) to work with me and go over all my results, options, concerns, etc. We decided on a course of action that I felt comfortable with, and at my appointment the office, receptionist, dental assistant, his equipment, and his work was comprehensive and state-of-the-art. They are all about preventing future problems and dealing with the issues the patients currently have. I was very concerned about walking away without a tooth because of my issue, but he gave me a temporary filler, a care package, medication, 24/7 emergency contact information, and so much comfort. Never have I had such a great service at the price that I paid. In my opinion, he is the best and everyone should go to them for a visit before deciding where to get their dental treatment. He is warm, caring, took his time and didn't rush me, did complete testing, and went over my previous results from other dentists without charging me for the consultation. What a great doctor... I truly appreciate this level of quality service. Even the office is so clean, you could eat off the floor! He truly cares about his patients in a way you don't see today. He has earned a lifelong client in me. If you go to him, you will not be disappointed.

This is one of those really amazing offices that deserve more than a five star rating. Upon walking in the gorgeous newly renovated reception area, you are greeted by the friendliest most professional reception staff that right away make you feel welcomed and at ease. Ericka is outstanding. Friendly, down to earth engaging with such a contagious positive outlook. She is the one that made me feel the most welcomed . All the staff there are kind and caring, from Patricia the office manager who always ensures the smooth functioning of things to Julianna The Dental assistant who is always joking and smiling to the amazing hygienist Ashley who is smart, informative, professional and thorough in her work. But the best part of course is Dr. Karina and Dr. Konstantin, They are both outstanding dentists who give recommendations based on the best course of treatment based on long term results. They understand every aspect of dentistry very well from Periodontal disease management to implant management. They do not sugar coat things as they are honest and upfront about present conditions and present prognosis while explaining every possible treatment options with emphasis of course on the best course of action to take. In addition, they offer their services both in Russian and english which is great for people who prefer to speak their Russian mother tongue. Even their beautiful daughter comes in to help out with sterilization duties and she has her parents excellent work ethics! All in all I highly recommend this offices. Amazing skilled dentists, wonderful team who work very hard at creating a positive experience for their patients .
