Meet Dr. Konstantin Pliev

Dr. Konstantin Pliev, is an experienced dentist with advanced training in oral surgery, implantology, and complex dental rehabilitation.

He earned his first Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Crimean State Medical University in Ukraine in 1993. Following graduation, he completed a residency in Oral Surgery and Implantology at Moscow State Medical University. He then pursued advanced doctoral training and research through a PhD program in Oral Surgery and Implantology, where he conducted clinical research and taught undergraduate dental students. Upon completion of his postgraduate training, he became certified as a Specialist in Oral Surgery and Implantology in Russia.

After several years in private practice, Dr. Pliev continued his education in North America, earning a second DDS degree from the University of Colorado Denver. He successfully completed the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) examinations in 2012 and is fully licensed to practice dentistry in Ontario.

Dr. Pliev is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Academy of Osseointegration. He is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Committed to continuing education, Dr. Pliev regularly pursues advanced training in implant dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, digital dentistry, and comprehensive restorative care. He has a particular interest in CAD/CAM dentistry and incorporates digital workflows and modern restorative technologies into clinical practice to enhance precision, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

His clinical interests include dental implants, oral surgery, periodontal therapy, CAD/CAM restorations, and complex restorative rehabilitation.
